Roseville, CA – Jonathan Zachreson, Board Trustee for Roseville City School District announced his re-election campaign for Trustee Area 5.
In his announcement, Jonathan said, “It is not enough for elected officials to share our values. They must fight for our values. That is why I am running for re-election as your Roseville City School Board Trustee. I will ensure parents and teachers alike have a voice on the school board and will advocate for policies that best serve Roseville students, their families and neighbors.”
Jonathan has broad support for his re-election campaign having endorsements from over forty elected officials, including Congressman Kevin Kiley, board trustees from Roseville Joint Union, Rocklin Unified, Western Placer Unified, Dry Creek Joint, Eureka Union, Loomis Union, Newcastle, Auburn Union, Placer Union, San Juan Unified and other surrounding districts.
Jonathan has also garnered support from leaders across California including Assemblyman Bill Essayli and retired State Senate Majority Leader and Senate Education Committee Chair Gloria Romero. Jonathan’s supporters also include many parents, teachers, and Roseville community members.

The Roseville City School District is moving from at-large elections to elections by trustee area beginning with the November 2024 election. The newly created Trustee Area 5 includes the part of the school district west of Fiddyment as well as the R.G. Phillips neighborhood north of the new Raley’s One on Blue Oaks.
Jonathan’s priorities include improving attendance, school safety, building trust between schools and families, educational excellence, improving behavior, and fiscal responsibility.
